How long we retain your personal data

We keep your Personal Data for no longer than is necessary to achieve the objectives of the processing of your Personal Data or for the period of time specified/allowed by law, such as:

  • we keep your Personal Data for 10 (ten) years after we fulfil the order you have placed (in a contractual relationship);
  • in order to fulfil the warranty obligations, the Company may retain Personal Data for a period of 5 to 10 years from the date of performance of the contract;
  • for direct marketing purposes (advertising or other special offers), we will retain your Personal Data until you object to it, but in any event for no longer than 5 (five) years from the date of your consent to direct marketing;
  • the records of conversations shall be kept by the Company for up to 12 (twelve) months from the date of the conversation.
  • We keep video recordings for up to 40 (forty) days.

We reserve the right to make changes/revisions to this policy, if necessary, and these changes/revisions will take effect upon posting an updated version of this privacy policy on our e-shop at www.verkter.com.  After uploading the updated version we shall change the update date indicated at the bottom of the webpage. The user’s continued use of the Website after the changes have been made shall constitute the user’s acceptance of the changes made to the Privacy Policy.
