We respect your data and only transfer it when necessary and only to trusted partners with whom we have contracts. We’re talking about:
- courier companies, to whom we have to pass information in order for the goods to reach you;

- companies providing warranty services;
- Mailchimp, a company on whose platform we collect your emails (when you subscribe to our newsletter yourself) and from where we send the newsletters.

- law enforcement authorities, in accordance with the procedure prescribed by the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.
- state authorities and courts, in accordance with the procedure prescribed by the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.
How long we retain your personal data
We keep your Personal Data for no longer than is necessary to achieve the objectives of the processing of your Personal Data or for the period of time specified/allowed by law, such as:
- we keep your Personal Data for 10 (ten) years after we fulfil the order you have placed (in a contractual relationship);
- in order to fulfil the warranty obligations, the Company may retain Personal Data for a period of 5 to 10 years from the date of performance of the contract;
- for direct marketing purposes (advertising or other special offers), we will retain your Personal Data until you object to it, but in any event for no longer than 5 (five) years from the date of your consent to direct marketing;
- the records of conversations shall be kept by the Company for up to 12 (twelve) months from the date of the conversation.
- We keep video recordings for up to 40 (forty) days.

After uploading the updated version we shall change the update date indicated at the bottom of the webpage.
